Uganda - safe now?
 

Hi folks

It's been a while since I last posted on the HUBB... since we left Angola things have been such a breeze I haven't needed your help! :) Things may change now that we're heading into Northern Kenya, and on into Ethiopia, Sudan etc.

A week or so ago violence arrupted in Uganda, something to do with pro-monarchy activists demonstrating against the government and its attempts to prevent the king from speaking to the populace. Anyway, things were pretty hairy I believe, and since we're looking to be heading that way in the next couple of weeks, I'm looking for anyone who knows what the state of things are on the ground there at the moment?
