Spain to Morocco ?

Dave and I are getting our Lambeth-tinkled Teneres over to Morocco for some Xmas off-roading...

Just a quickie.

We've booked our Portsmouth (UK) - Bilbao tickets, arriving Spain 12th December, Leaving 7th Jan. Just wondered if anyone knew of any difficulties getting across from Spain to Morocco at this time ??

Also, I hear it's best to avoid Tangiers and go to Ceuta..true ?

>>Hello. Just wondering about prices for that route. I've bene looking on P & O website for similar dates, and come up w/ about £500! Do you know of any discounts??

Sorry about being off topic here, but bmf.co.uk list a travel agent 'Motor Sport Travel' who off healthy discounts on ferry crossings. You can find their number on bmf.co.uk website, or email me. Thanks

Nope. It cost us £621 return for 2 people + 2 bikes, sharing a 2 person cabin. Brittany ferries only run cruises over the winter, so P&O are your only option.

I rode my GS in Morocco two years ago arriving in Tangiers and leaving from there at the end of the trip.
We hadn't any problem there, also if it's true that Tangiers is probably the most difficult city in Morocco...
We had to rush so we didn't stay there, but I think it is a very interesting city.
Have a nice trip.
Pietro
