Round The World
 

Hi you all. I seem to have agreed (drunk?) to ride round the world to celebrate my eightieth year of miraculous survival. My memory is unreliable so Bernadette is going to paint East and an arrow on the gas tank. I will know when I am home by the clip across the ears!
Very vague itinerary, however Belarus, Russia, Inner Mongolia, back into Russia, length of Japan, somehow to Australia, New Zealand, somehow to Latin America, North to Newfoundland, somehow to Eire, and home.
Any ideas, advice?
I will be at the Eire meet and at Ripley + The Scottish Motorcycle Show next weekend on Les' stand (Travel-dri).

Not sure I could offer any advice for you but it sounds like another fantastic trip lined up and I look forward to hearing more at Ripley! (I'll be the one with a pizza dleivery bike, sorry no pizza though!)

Honda now manufacture a 250. Tempting - but probably a bad idea. The 125 has been totally loyal so why switch?

If you come to Mex City you are welcome to stay with us. We will feed you and show you around. If you are on your 125 Honda we can have a race to see if my Suzuki 125 is faster. I lost against a RTW Yamaha 125 but I was fully loaded (with breakfast) and the Yamaha was ridden by a skinny young lad.

I listened to your talk at Ripley last year, and was mightily impressed with your attitude to age and travel! Would that I'll be so adventurous at your age!

Since the furthest I've been is Morocco, I doubt I can add anything, but I look forward to listening again at Ripley this year. :)
