New transit rules for motorcycles in Peru
In Peru, they are about to put into effect a law which will require that all motorcyclist have stamped or engraved on their helmets their motorcycle license plate plus wear reflective orange vests with said license plate on it.
This attempts against the identity of each and every one of us and usurps our right of freedom. This will also affect all the riders that travel through Peru. Unfortunately the authorities copied this law from other countries with different realities to ours.

(It should go on neither). Then press the dark blue box below: "Votar" (Vote).
Please vote and help us stop this law from taking effect on the 18 June 2010"
