Adventure Trek Maps
 
Hi just wondering if anyone has used one of the map packs for South America by adventuretrek.com . The central/South Am pack is 175.00 US. Might be a liitle on the expensive side if one was to have a GPS anyways. But just wondering about others experiences. They also have a small booklet about trip prep for South Am for around 20.00. Any thoughts?

There are some maps available for sth america free on the web and they can be used with Map Source- some 'route' others do not.
You also have the Smellybiker Wanderlust World map - very cost effective and for the whole word too- some areas better covered than others but at the asked price, you really cannot do any better IMHO.:thumbup1:
