Very suave old boy !
I especially like the ammunition holder under the left breast pocket [that's what it looks like anyway ] .

Methinks a trip to Blighty to get "kitted out " would be in order !

I did a 300 mile ride in chaps and leather jacket a couple of years ago, good heavy leather from Fox Creek. Air temp was 50. Very windy interstate ride, and it started raining with 150 miles to go. Windshield but no fairing. Put on Frogg Toggs on top of everything to stay dry, and it still took 3 hours to thaw after getting home.

I hung up the leather jacket and the chaps after that ride and bought some high tech gear instead.

Try Utah if you're out that way .. been told that is similar to OZ.

--- I'm thinking of getting the Hein Gericke Taureg stuff too. The german site does international shipping and the jacket is on special. Oh the last shipments from UK and USA were orderd on thursday and I had them all on turesday ... 5 days to Australia .. very quick for the post. Of course I was not desperate for them.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
