Tyre (or tire) changing video
I stumbled across this excellent video at http://www.transworldmotocross.com/m...215721,00.html
Now if I could change a tyre in 5 minutes wearing a white shirt and not swearing even once I'd make a video of it too. Cheers, Ewan

tyre changing
gotta say that tyre hasn't been on the rim for 6000 miles if you can just 'pop' it off the bead like that!
usually needs a bead breaker or a couple of fat bastards jumping up and down on it. just as well we're fat bastards!
