fed ex or dhl a laptop inside mexico?
Howdy from J.H. wyoming
i am riding to mexico city from the u.s. I have a laptop i really want to have in mexico city. I don't want to pack it on the bike from here to there..I have investigated a bit and it seems that i would have a problem shipping it to Mexico City from Wyoming. Import tax and hold up at customs, etc. my idea is to cross the border with it , then hire dhl or fed ex or some other service to deliver it to my hotel in mexico city or to a friends house..I am thinking that inside mexico i should have no problems and this would be straigtforward etc.. anybody here have wisdom on this subject?
