I have said pannier !!!! 2007 model (early model)
38L powdercoated, legs, handles, luggage loops, lock & key. THE WORKS !!!!!! I'd give it 8/10 for condition. The odd ding but very straight, waterproof and fits the rack perfectly. The South America stickers come free... My other one is pretty out of shape after a crash and the bike/frame was sold in colombia . I always intended to fix it when I get the time and mount them to my Africa Twin for the road but I'd sell my good one if the price is reasonable.
