Wanted : Belgarda Rally Tanks XTZ660

I'm looking for a large capacity fuel tank for a 1993 XTZ 660 Tenere.

I know Belgarda once produced a Rally Kit which contained plastic main tank plus extra side tanks. Does anyone have these tanks for sale or know anyone with them.

how did you go with your search for the belgarda rallye kit? i have the rear tanks, water belly pan and rear guard in transit to me as i write... very hard to obtain and very expensive. i do beleive these are the last known new sets available.

Ralph looking at your posting from many years ago.... did you ever find any of those massive tanks?
I have a set on my 660 rally marathon but would be very interested to see if they are available anywhere.

Hi,

I have a tank to sell. I`m not sure but ist seem to be the Byrd Belgarda Tank which they say it has 40 litres. Here are some picture. The last Link is one I find out it must be a byrd belgarda tank and the man who sell me the tank sell it as belgard ralley tank. The tank`s weight is 3,2 Kg and on the tank is labeld Acerbis Italia and only the number 4553 is under the tank. It tanke some time I will insert the tank in the german forums. If anyone is interessted he can contact me. The price I will think about you can make me a offer. Please note I`m not totaly sure that it is a byrd belgarda tank but it seem to be.

fits on YAMAHA XTZ 660 Ténéré no!

The tank tunnel fits maybe on YAMAHA XT 600 (Z) or TT 600.

1st post here! I'm usually over at ADVrider, but I thought I'd give this site a shot, too...

It's so shiny and white, not like the one we have, all yellow, ugly and full of scratches...

I'm sorry the Byrd Belgarda Tank ist sold. It is not any more avaiable. Had a problem to log in that's why I'm so late.

Just wondering whether anyone has managed to source some of these tanks for the XTZ(99)Tenere. No amount of searching of suppliers websites seems to produce results. I have recently picked up a pretty decent lightened up version, but it needs a complete overhaul with respect to range or it will never see the sand. 20l (or 22 with the fuel flange drilled!) just won't do.
