Hi

Which XT have you got? The y all came with oil coolers from about 1986 on. Luggage rails are proving difficult to find as
Heppo Becker have stopped making them but you could go to www.metalmule.com or is it .co.uk to make some up but they are expensive. I have a set of H&B fitted if you want pics and dimensions for a welder to make up a set. You can some timees get racks off german ebay or from endurobunker in germany.

Thanks Charlie.

I'll have a look on German Ebay.

It's an 03 XT600, I didn't think they had oil coolers.... I'll look again.

Thanks for the advice, I'll start looking in to it all...

Oil coolers from the 89 3AJ model are the biggest about double the size of the 1AJ models. You will only really need an oil colloer if you are going desert bashing.

I have a large 23 litre steel tank for a 1vj that maybe of use but it has a large dent but would make an ideal basis for a large tank project or a repair. Are you interested.

Not sure that will fit thanks Braindead.

I've just managed to source a Acerbis tank now.

Thanks for the offer though!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
