I Have for sale a pair of Tesch panniers and a pair of BMW GS panniers, The tesch panniers are in my opinion far superior to most of the more commercial makes of pannier on the open market now. However these panniers have been well used and are a bit weathered and have a well travelled patina if that's what you want to call it, but they don't look shiny and atractive to would be thieves. The panniers have small tool boxes bolted on the rear - and they are still fully functional. They are lined with a black leatherette material. They are still waterproof. The panniers measure 52cm long, 42cm deep and 21cm wide (so they do not stick out to far) they can carry a huge amount and weight of gear if needed. The bottom edge is tapered in at the front and outside edge. There are fitted with a double bottle carrier on the rear of one pannier and a 2 litre jerry can carrier on the other. The lids lock down and have four flat attachment loops for tying stuff on top. The rack (needs a coat of paint) is heavy box section tube and fits bmw r80/100gs. I am willing to sell the panniers by themselves if the rack is not suitable. However the bolt holes for the Tesch rack would have to be filled over. I am looking for around £100 for the panniers the rack. I can e mail photos if you want but still have not figured out how to add a picture to this system - it simply never works when I try.
I also have an original set of BMW r80/100gs touring cases (Panniers) (black plastic with reflector on outside edge and BMW letters on lid) these come with chrome racks and full set of keys - in excellent condition I think £100.00 is a fair price for them also. Postage well thats something we will figure out if someones interested. Jake.

I don't suppose this will help but I picked up the panniers today from Jake, they are in really great condition and a fantastic bargain and a real nice chap to talk to as well enjoy your holiday jake

Enjoy them Jim, thats life, a bit like travelling when one place can be just hum drum when you pass through and the next week there could be something really interesting happening like a camel fair. You got the camel fair and I got the hum drum. Do get in touch though if you get fed up with them. £100 is a hell of a deal and not likely to be seen again.
