XT 350 Yamaha Parts, USA

XT350 parts from various years (1989, 1992, 1993). Years are interchangeable. I tried to take high resolution pictures and provide accurate descriptions. See link for pictures.

Valve cover (two available) $20 each

Clutch cover $50

Timing chain slide guide: $10

Right side engine cover $40

Piston Cylinder / Sleeve. 85.95 mm $100

Piston Cylinder / Sleeve 86.01 mm. As you'll see in the picture, cylinder has storage grease covering inside. $100

Piston (stock?) with rings. 85.93 mm $20

Piston (2nd overbore?) two small nicks on edge of piston face that appear easily fixed with fine fine/emery cloth 86.35 mm . $50

Carb intake boots (one pair available) $20 pair.

Fork Seals (appear new in package or good-used) $5

Gasket Set. Appears complete Vesrah brand and some OEM. $50.

Various engine hardware, filters, assorted small parts. Much of the internal workings can be found in the mix. If interested, please look through the pictures and send me a detailed message with what parts you're needing. From $5 to $25

Clutch plates. Not sure how much life is left. $10.

Kickstarter lever. $25

Kickstarter axle shaft hardware (not shaft itself). See picture. $15

Timing Chain cover/bracket. Three available. One new in package. $15 new, $10 used units.

Rear wheel brake drum with pads (7.98 mm thickness remaining) $25

Cables and housing---tachometer, speedometer, decompression lever, etc. $5 to $10/ piece.

Throttle body and cables $15

Left handlebar switch cluster (has crack) $10

Front brake unit with pads $25

Front brake pads $10

XT350 front fender. Used but functional. $10

XT350 outer tail fender. Comes with housing for taillight. $10.

XT350 inner tail fender. Comes with license plate mount. $10.

XT350 Headlight cowling. $10.

XT350 Front disk brake guard. Red plastic. $10.

XT350 chain and sprocket. I believe it's the 19/55 ratio from the factory. Used. Not sure how much life is left in the set. $10.

XT350 Kickstand switch. $5.

XT350 Rear brake linkage. $5.

XT350 Headlight with bulb and housing. Appears to have a slight bent on the rightside--should be an easy fix. $20.

XT350 Clutch housing. $35.

XT350 rear reflector. $5.

XT350 Speedometer cable. Three available. $5/each.

XT350 Spacer. Part # 90560-17239. New in bag. $5.

XT350 rear shock/strut. Includes mounting hardware. $25.

XT350 Rear axle with tensioning cams spacer and lock nut. Several available $10 each.

XT350 brake light sensor switch. two available. $5/each.

XT350 bracket. I believe this is for the brake light mounting. $5.

XT350 carb boots. One pair available. One pair in good condition with O-rings and one boot clamp. $25.

XT350 Rear Axle Sprocket housing. With 55 tooth Sprocket. $10.

XT350 Rear sprocket. 55 tooth. Painted. Used. $5.

XT350 front and rear sprocket. 42/19. Used. $10.

XT350 Rear swing arm. With chain guard and main swing arm bolt. $45.

XT350 Handlebars. Includes one grip. Appears to have a slight bend. $5.

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
