Where are you? I'll make awild guess that Aberystwyth is in Wales! Which R100? GS?

I'm in the UK, near Reading, and have a STEEL Heinrich 40 litre tank available, but first I need a 35 litre Heinrich to replace it! That's for an R80G/S, should be the same for R80GS/R100GS

Any 35 litre Heinrich tanks wandering around homeless?

Hi, its actually for a R100RT but the fairing has been junked and quite a few other mods have been done also, How much will you be asking for it? I am in Wales but I can arrange for a courier to pick it up no problem. E-mail me at
srm1@srm-engineering.com regards Chris.

Hi Chris,

Don't know yet, haven't researched it, and the replacement cost will have an effect but figure a fair price, and that will be about right!

First I need to find it's replacement! If you find the smaller 35l version let me know. I'd also be interested in having a look at an Acerbis plastic tank, but don't know if the conversion from my present setup is more work than it's worth. I think the Acerbis is ugly, but I guess you can't have everything, and my bike is more a case of form following function anyway.

If anyone has an Arcerbis on their bike they wouldn't mind coming by with for test purposes, let me know - the barbie might be on if the weather is right.
