Bl**dy Hein Gericke (TRG boots UK9)
I've just got off the 'phone to Hein Gericke. I ordered some TRG boots over the phone (UK9, EUR44) and collected from the store and imagined I was covered by their 28day distance selling policy. Apparently because I called the local store rather than their Hotline I am not covered and they will only give me a credit note rather than a refund.
TRG Gericke Offroad boots - Size9, EUR44, spotless, un-worn - Retail at £159.99 but they currently do not have any in stock in the country and are not expecting any in soon -- OR -- Credit Note to the value of £159.99 (make me an offer)
