XT600 Tenere 3AJ frame, wheels, swingarm. London, UK
I've got a 3AJ frame, wheels, swing arm, headlight mounting frame & bars that's been hanging in my garage for about two years.
It would seem like a terrible waste to throw it all away and I'm having a bit of a garage clearout at the moment. I have a V5 for the frame which stolen/recovered before coming into my ownership. The bike was registered as dismantled around two years ago. There are some photos at http://www.jump-around.com/images/tenere-bits/ which should give you a general idea of the condition of the frame and the damage to the rear rim. I'm not looking for a lot of money, it'd be good if the parts went to a good home. Any offer considered. Buyer to collect all the bike parts in the photo from SE17, London. |

3AJ Frame
Hi JimboC,
Excuse my ignorance but what does "registered as dismantled" mean, not for road use or can it be re-registered to go back on the road? Regards.GARY62 |

Only just seen this reply...
On the V5 vehicle registration form you have the option to register a vehicle as dismantled (the engine and frame have been separated). When the engine was removed from this bike I returned the V5 form to DVLA to tell them this information. I believe that as the identity of the bike is known it should be possible to put it back on the road with its original G plate. |
