Hi, Not sure why you want to buy a bike. If its a 250 dirt bike these can be rented in Cambodia for 10 USD per day.It is possible to cross borders etc with a rented bike. I have toured from Cambodia into Lao and then Thailand. Mail me off board if you wish to know more.
