I am presently in South America. I will be flying to Europe in a few months and want to buy a KLR, new or used to ride to South Sinai, Egypt. Also need all the gear. Does anyone know where I can pick one up. U.K. or Europe

I have a KLR650C in London that I'm considering selling. If you've not ridden one before, you're welcome to try it out. It has pannier racks, engine bars, cigarette lighter socket, etc, as it's already been kitted out for a pan-European trip, but I'm just not keen to bring it on a bigger trip, as it lacks the range that I want.

Try contacting Kenny Bateman at the email below. He is riding from Cape Town to Paris on a KLR and is looking for options to either sell it or get it ridden back for him. Might be of interest it will be fully equipped as well.
