Talking UK Swap: My FJ1200 for your Enfield Bullet
OK, here we go again...

I have:

1991 FJ1200. 50k miles. Taxed & Tested for a few months. Pretty much standard apart from heated grips, wingrack and 2 x Givi 35 litre boxes. Needs a fork oil seal sorting out (I may get round to it if I can be ar$ed!). Value ??? £900 ??? I dunno?

I want:

Enfield Bullet. Prefer 500 but might not say no to a 350. Don't mind doing a bit of work to it so not bothered if it's not T&T'd.

I'm based near York, northern UK. Something near would be just peachy :-)

I wish I was in the market for an FJ. I had an '88, what a stonkin bike. The power, the grunt. Best top gear roll-on's ever. Ahh, the days before speed camera's. The M6 at night....mmm.....those were the days. I wish you the best, thanks for the memories.

Yep, it's all true...I think I'm a little crazy for wanting to swap it, it's the best two-up touring bike I've ever had (not that that's saying much). For more memories go to FJ & FJR Owners Club

If you and your bike were here in India, I'd have bought/stolen/borrowed/begged a new 500 for you. Unfortunately, that's not the case
