Jim,

Assuming you are in UK you could try Ebay in Germany and the German DR650 forum Suzuki DR 650 Forum

There are lots of old DRs in Germany. However, I don't think this bike is good for travelling long distance and the cost of shipping could be a killer.

@ Chris: Jim has a SP44, you have an SP46. Most parts are not interchangeable.

I have an 07 v-strom 1000 i could use want to head to india later in the year thought the strom would be to heavy for desert and dirt roads and cost a furtune to fly the bike back to uk.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events (22 this year!); we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
