KLR 650 for sale. Will be stored at Dakar Motos in BA, Argentina from June 24th onwards. It is Australian plated and is a 2003 model with v.low ks (28000 ks). I have owned it since km 4000, so full service history. It has just had both front and rear pads changed, has a metzler tourance on the rear with 4K and MT90 front wich is about 80% used. Clutch cable just replaced. Will come with a service and soft panniers (andy strapz), tank bag and all the tools and spares you need to keep on riding.

Aftermarket extras include sump guard, bark busters and hand warmers. Serviced every 4000ks and very well looked after.

I have just arrived in santiago for a trip around south america 2up with my girlfreind hannah. We have been hoping to find a KLR650 and an Aussie one would be even better, would like to be on the road sooner than later but time flies when ur having fun ay, so we are still very interested in your bike, please PM me some info, maybe some pics. We are prepared to travel for a bike.
If any one else has a 650 for sale or any helpfull paper work (owner transfer, all the leagal stuff i´ll need) info please let me no.
(I know this paper work topic has been covered before but i cant find it again, i have it saved in favourites back home, dooh )

Hey mate, do you know if the rego can be xferred by post or will we have to forge documents? I know in victoria you need a roadworthy but maybe in SA it's a bit different?
