To be open and honest:
The bike does have a few scratches because it does have 27,000 miles on it. There is a little scratch on the over the wheel front fairing, a few scratches on the tank where the magnetic map sleeve/cover/case was in constant contact with the tank, and the boxes have a few scratches. But the bike has never been wrecked. The bike fell over on the right side which caused the scratches on the right box because the kick stand was too tall on this model so the kickstand was shorten so that does not happen a again. The kickstand sunk in some dirt another time and caused the bike to have a scratch on the left box.

The Bike is located Denver, Colorado! If you live local come and check it out!

Hi Brian,

I scan Craigslist.org or ADVrider.com classifieds looking for used bikes and gear.

It is always more lucrative to remove aftermarket accessories and sell them separately. Most people in Denver won't realize how much money it costs to outfit a bike like yours and will go for something like:

2009 KLR 650 703 miles

which sounds much cheaper than your bike, but likely isn't when considering everything yours has.

Just some thoughts.

ADVrider.com, the KLR lists (of which there are at least several) and craigslist.....but you might want to lower the price. You can't put 27,000 miles on a bike and sell it for what it cost new, even when farkles are included.

Good luck.

Have to agree there. Price your bike the same way you would if it were stock with 27,000 miles and someone will buy it because the extras make it more attractive- they don't make it worth more money, though.

It's tough, but it's true. I've found that's the way the bike market works.

How can you be selling a DL-1000 in San Diego and a KLR in Denver at the same time? BTW you are way overpriced on both. This smells like week old ChoHo to me....
