THIS IS NOW SOLD
This Ural Gear-Up has served me remarkably well over the past 8 months from California. On road, off road, mountains (up to 4,850 meters), deserts, jungles, etc The bike has a 750cc engine and is equipped with optional 2 wheel drive (the sidecar wheel). When in 2 wheel drive, it is a direct drive so has amazing traction when going off road. I have kept up with the maintenance of this bike religiously throughout my ownership of it. There are currently about 30,000 kilometers on the bike. The standard gear: One 10 liter fuel can Halogen spot light on sidecar Sidecar front bumper Shovel Tire Pump Comprehensive tool kit Black 'Tonneau' cover for sidecar cockpit The upgrades: One extra 10 liter fuel can Ammo can (for storage, not rounds!) VERY comfy Russel Day long bench seat Hacker performance exhaust pipes with matched jetting (130s) Tank height dual shift kit … upper engages 2/wd … lower lever reverse Memphis windscreen Sidecar windscreen Sidecar passenger vinyl door/curtain Bike rear shocks upgraded to Sach’s Dual head temperature gauge (for reading the individual temperatures of both engine heads) New 2011 final drive - FAR better than the older model final drives which have a tendency to blow up due to the method of how the bevel gear was fastened to the hub. Hidden starter cut off switch (easily reached while sitting on the bike) Garmin V GPS with Garmin Worldmap Touratech GPS mount There are also plenty of extra parts I will be including with the bike as well. I'll be happy to list off all in detail. Just let me know. Besides the extra parts, I am also including other extras like disc and cable locks, fuel can locks, camp stools, fishing pole, dual power AM/FM radio, etc. Here is a public link to see some photos of the bike: 2007 Ural Gear-Up | Facebook I just took the photos today and didn't bother to clean it. It looks much better when it's clean! I am currently in Puerto Montt, Chile, and will be making my way down towards Ushuaia. I figure I'll be there in about a month from now and the bike will be available from then. Ideally, it would be best to do the transaction in Punta Arenas since its a 'free trade zone', though I'd be happy to sell it in Buenos Aires, Santiago, or anywhere around those regions as well. Price: $5,000 USD Anyone interested, please shoot me a message. Of course, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions. Tyler Last edited by 2foilheads; 23 Feb 2012 at 21:09. Reason: sold |
