For Sale:1998 BMW R1100GS in the UK
Bike located in the UK near Portsmouth.
BMW R1100GS 1998 'R' Red Under 65500 miles. Taxed 05.08 MOT 09.08 Service history was not available when I bought it. Engine rebuilt. New Cams. New Main Bearings. New Cam followers + Buckets New Gaskets + seals throughout where necessary. BB Powerchip. Wheels rebuilt with stainless spokes and black powder coated rims and hubs. Full service with all fluids. New BMW rear disk. New Pads Front + Rear New Braided brake lines Front + Rear. Rebuilt brake calipers front + rear Sargent seat covers front + rear. Exhaust headers and Remus link pipe black ceramic coated. (not as good as I hoped for the money) Remus Revolution silencer. Migsel light bar. PIAA 1400 spots. Magura Fat Bar conversion. Adventure Workshop billet riser/setbacks. New Michelin Pilot Road tyres. Secondary bash plate. Centrec secondary fuse box. K+N Air filter Heated grips New Wilbers suspension New Piston rings New Touratech mini indicators all round New Touratech Red side panels New Nippy's LED rear light New Stebel **Nautilus** compact horn - 139dB New Migsel GPS mount New rear brake master cylinder New cables throughout, clutch, throttle, choke, distribution box. New Genuine 1100 shovels...sorry hand guards to be fitted if wanted MRA Vario Screen System Panniers All of the above is about 2500 miles old Usual engine corrosion, maybe a bit worst around the sump. The bikes pretty good for its age considering it lives outside and is mechanically sound. The bevel box seals have recently been done by Barry Barber. The bike is used daily as a commute and never missed a beat since being rebuilt! £2800 |
