The bike with its current engine has done approx. 14,000 miles.

Frame strengthened and shot peened. Paolli/Kayaba forks with Talon Excel front wheel with oversize disc. Swingarm/driveshaft lengthened by 50 mm, driveshaft rebuilt and running a Wilber shock Rear sub frame strengthened and has a rack fitted. Low seat, large tank - has scuffmarks/patina from the Heroes Legend Rallye.

Engine - lightened and balanced crank, long rods with short skirt pistons. Big valve and flowed heads with exhaust to suit 336 cam, Keihin CR carbs with air box mods to suit MSD programmable ignition
Ceramic clutch, gearbox rebuilt and upgraded / strengthened Engine was built 2 years ago and pretty much everything electrically was overhauled.

The bike with its current engine has done approx. 14,000 miles, the engine was stripped at 8000 miles and checked and was found to be like new inside. It is taxed and has an MOT and has recent had new tyres fitted. The overall condition is good. It has a few marks as it has been used in the Legends Rallye with an older smaller engine. I am looking for £7,000, which is less than half the price of having one built. The engine was put on the dyno and puts out 75 bhp at the back wheel, that’s low 90s at the crank. It goes very well for an old beemer and handles like a dream.
