KTM 950 Adventure & R80G/S for sale in Dubai

Hi
Im selling a 2003 950 Adventure with only 14000Km! on the clock.
It is fitted with new Pelican panniers on a Hepco & Becker rack using Touratech mounts.
In excellent condition, I'm selling due to leaving the country for AED 30 000.

Im also selling a 1981 R80 G/S which has been rewired with up rated US imported parts, needs a good home for around AED 7000.

Hi Bradd! Is the BMW still up for sale? I am in Saudi and am interested in buying an adventure bike to ride to Europe at some stage.

Just in case Bradd doesn't check back on this post, I'm pretty sure the BMW is for sale; it's in the showroom at Sandstorm Motorcycles.

Found this post, now a bit old but think its the bike I bought - well its an R80G/S from Sandstorm - if its a silver colour with lots of chrome?

Yes, that'll be the one.

As far as I know, the KTM 950 Adventure is still for sale.

Stephan thanks for the reply. The G/S now looks like the attached, I also include one of the original silver. Plan was to ride it back to the UK in summer(ish) but not sure I'll get it into a reliable condition by then. So am thinking of shipping the G/S back to the UK and buying another 'younger' bike for the trip if I can find one.

If the KTM was in Sandstorm then I haven't seen it. Surprised not sold after coming up to 2yrs?

If you are in touch with Bradd then perhaps you can ask him to drop me a line (I have sent him a PM). I just after any info on use/work done on the bike - I tracked the two owners previous owners before him (oh the joys of facebook) from paperwork I had with the bike. He also might want to get in touch with Sandstorm for the money if he hasn't done so already.

Nice to see the BMW is progressing.

The KTM was still for sale last I heard on Feb 6th (2010) but I'm not sure where it is right now. Brad is not in the country now so there's no one around to actively advertise it.
