hey man just giving you the heads up you wont beable to sell the bike in panama..... at least not for that price..... they wont let you leave the country without your bike unless the taxes are paid and the taxes on the bike here are probably $1000 or more..... so try and sell it before panama if you can cause unless you sell it to another fellow traveller you might get stuck and screwed down here.....
