I'm pretty sure we can get the paperwork to work out. There are a couple different routes to take. In any case, local lawyers and notaries can assist to get it done properly. One example is to carry a notarized letter explaining that the new owner is allowed to ride the motorcycle. Once the bike is back in the States, we can do a full title transfer.
