..::.. FREE MOTORBIKE ..::. Suzuki Dr650 2009 Model Buenos Aires !!!!!!!

Yes that's right the bike is for free....

I have not been able to sell it and would like to give it away ...

The bike is in perfect mechanical order...

All you need to do is email me at edenconnell@hotmail.com with some details about yourself and why you want the bike...

I would like it to be picked up in the next few days if possible.

And I will give you the address where you can pick it up from in Buenos Aires.

I would like to give it away as the cost of selling and storing this bike to too great for me at the moment the return is not substantial enough for me to sell it so I'm giving it away.

Hope it goes to a nice person.....

Here are the details:

Fitted with a 21L fuel tank
Eibach EMS spring suspension for load carrying capacity better performance and handling
Aluminium Happy Trail panniers 9"W 15"H 18"L
Aluminium tail plate (for carrying a larger bag)
Happy Trail skid plate
Brand new rear tyre

12 V electrical air pump
All tools for maintenance
Pirelli heavy duty spare tire tubes

37,000 miles
Helmet, gloves, jacket, pants, boots and wet weather gear
Storage net
Camelback
New front and rear sprocket with chain (these are spare parts)
Chain lube, WD40 and tyre repair spray
Lots of spare break pads
4 x Tie downs (for attaching your bag to the aluminium tail plate)
Spare key
Heavy duty lock for bike
Three man tent

My photography blog of my trip is here www.zoominwitheden.com

And some pics....

Why not put it on the Argentinian Ebay, saying it's a foriegn import. I think you will still get $1000 USD

Free bike with at least a minimum donation of $1,000 to help cover your storage costs wouldn't be to much to ask for with everything you are throwing in. What an amazing deal!
Good things will come back to you my friend.

Have you asked how much Javier at Dakar motos would want to store it ???

If you're really going to have to give it away. Maybe give it to a local who could never dream of owning a bike like that. Maybe Pollo at la posta in Azul who does so much for bike travellers and asks nothing in return. Just a thought.

I would think personnally that $600 for 8 months is a good price. During that time, there will be other travellers who will arrive and may wish to purchase it, so it may be worth considering, you never know.

I guess the only issue would be the bike paperwork transfer

If not, give it away and accept a token grand for what looks like a good bike, I nearly bought a ticket myself and went back, but insanity ruled and I have to work!

Cheers
TS

Yes this is the main issue man and when I have left the country I can't guarantee that it will be sold... hence the major discount
