Crimea bike hire?
Hi all,

I am plannning a trip to Crimea during July and would like to find a reliable bike hire shop. Preferably in the Yalta area but elsewhere would be great also.

Any advice on this would be much appreciated.

Also any advise on the best routes or "Must do rides" would be appreciated.

Thanks for any help you may offer.

Any ride along the south coast east from Yalta is highly recommended. I have not been west of Yalta, so can't say about that route.

I've seen other people ask about bike rental in Crimea, but have never seen any responses, so pls let us know if you find anything.

Hi, for a duel purpose bike I would recommend the Arabata Strip which is a 100 mile sandy track running North / South in the East of Crimea (Krim). Andy

Hi, the Arabat Strip does appear to have a number of names. It is the thin ribbon of land from Henichesk that heads south. very quiet and ideal for wild camping. No shops or bars of any description after the first few km.
