Hi does anyone have any advice on cheapest and least hassle country to buy bike in central south america also best to sell in?

If you want a bike in 3 months or so i may be looking to sell mine. A 2000 BMW R850GS. it won´t be the cheapest you will find but it has done me well over the last year down here. UK registered so transfering it to you shouldn´t be a problem just will take a little bit of time.
