Hi,

BMW K75, Model 1987, 750 cc, red, The previous owner told me it had done 60, 000 miles as the clock only works a third of the time. I would estimate more - anything up to 100, 000 miles.

Bike is licensed in the US.

Comes with:

Givi rear case
Original BMW side cases
Tank bag, including inner tank bag

Emergency tyre repair kit (worth $60)

Issues:

The previous owner reported intermittent smoke up startup (2-3 times a week). He advised my to always place on the centre stand (oil drainage). I have not noticed any smoke.

The bike was dropped by the previous owner which broke the mechanism of the rear brake. We had this welded and have since had no problems.

I had to replace the rear indicators.

I had to fibreglass under the rear Givi box, as the rear was starting to crack with the weight of this box. Have since had no problems.

I have fitted a new rear tyre (Pirelli) in Feb.

Speedometer and mileage only work two third of the time. Speedometer intermittently stops working on the road.

Broken left mirror - I am intending to fibreglass this.

Broken lock on the side case (to lock it to the bike). I have managed fine by using string to keep this secure.

This is a great bike, and is immediately travel ready. I have had no problems with the running of the bike. My girlfriend and I are travelling two up and are really happy with its performance.
