BMW F650GS Dakar for sale UK. 2006 twin spark model. £3900
Fully equipped for overland touring, includes the following:
Touratech rack with battered, but mended and reinforced boxes Touratech tank bag with side pockets Touratech off-road footpegs (originals included) Scorpion single can exhaust (nice sound, no cat). Original included. Garmin Streetpilot III with bracket Loads of spares including tubes, cables, levers, bulbs, spokes etc. This bike has been from London to Cape Town (2006-2007) and has 25,500 miles on the clock. It is a great overland bike with very few problems experienced in the whole of Africa. It has some scratches on the front mudguard and upper fairing (minor spill in Nigeria), but otherwise in good condition. Full BMW service history except for yours truly for the 12k service changing oil and filters in Lome. Reason for sale you ask? Moving to US, so bike has to go (sniff, sniff). Bike now stored in Cambridge, UK
I have now left merry old England for the US. The bike is stored in a mates garage in Cambridge at the moment. It is still for sale and probably will be until the spring when I plan to return to the UK for a week or so and post it on e-bay, autotrader etc.
If you want to view the bike, I can arrange it with my mate - he has the paperwork, keys and all the spares and boxes. Still going for the bargain price of 3,500 ukp Martin
