2009 BMW F800GS For Sale in Argentina, April - Ride it back to Canada 2011
The bike is currently on a trip to Argentina and will be in Buenos Aires late April 2011. Bike is registered in Canada and would have to leave Argentina if purchased there. I am Australian but have registered the bike in Canada.

Check out Steel Horse Tour for photos of the yellow 2009 F800GS. Currently has 18,000kms, will have about 32,500kms when time to sell in April.

Extras (ie. Adventure Spec crashbars, tank bag, touring screen etc.) will sell with the bike except for:
  • Zumo GPS and Touratec lockable holder
  • Starcom Intercom System
  • Waterproof duffel bags
  • Jesse Panniers (these are negotiable)

Perfect for anyone wanting to do a trip from Argentina to Canada starting in April 2011 .

More details to come about registration information.

Price is difficult to confirm at the moment. The bike is currently in very good condition and at the completion of the trip it will be less than 2 years old and still under warranty. Expected odometer in April 2011 is approximately 32,500km. Hence price would be around $9,000CAD depending on condition.

Let me know if you are interested and I can send through additional details.

Interested , I live in Chile...
Hi Murray,

I could be interested in your bike. I live in Punta Arenas, Chile , close to the south end of America. So , if you are planning to ride up to here, I could buy your bike. Due custom regulation, you are not able to sell a used foreign bike in Argentina in a legal way. Or , in another words , there is no way to registrate the bike there. The only way is to sell it to a person who is going to take the bike out of the country.

Here in Punta Arenas we have special customs regulations and we can import used vehicles, so it is a very easy process. In fact , I did it a few times in the past.

my email is anibal@patagoniabackroads.com

Cheers !
