Hey, I am looking for a KLR in similar condition with these sort of mods. Do you have any other mods or maintenance records about things you've done to the bike?

PS: I live and work in Seattle but I'm up in Vancouver a fair amount.

Hey seantully!
There is nothing else. Of course all seals of the engine have been replaced at the engine service. And tires will be new in september.
By the way, it is very likely, that I will end my trip in Spokane(WA). If you are interested you can have a look at the bike around 17th/18th September. Or let me know what is best for you, but I definatily will not go as much east as Seattle.

Hey, sorry it took me so long to reply. I'm just now becoming active on these boards and am still having trouble following posts that I have made! I appreciate your reply but I have since picked up an 04 KLR and am not in the market anymore unfortunately. How'd the rest of your trip go? Hopefully it was great. I'll be heading up to Alaska in June then down to Argentina in the fall, looking forward to experiencing what all of you people have been talking about first hand!

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events (22 this year!); we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, the HUBB or to receive the e-zine. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
