2001 KLR 650 - For Sale in Peru/Bolivia/Argentina/Brazil

I'm looking to sell the wonderful new KLR 650 that got me from Canada to Peru.

I will be travelling with it until mid march and am willing to sell it any time between now and then.

The bike was brand new before the trip and runs better now than ever.

I'm selling it with:

2 Suzuki hard cases
2 Kryptonite disk locks
1 Shoei Rf-800 helmet
Joe Rocket Tahoe Jacket
Joe Rocket Ballistic Pants
Rhyno Tech Gloves
Custom highway pegs and radiator guard
Aluminum Bash Plate
etc.

The bike is rigged and revving.

I'm asking $5000 US but will accept the best offer.

I am also trying to sell the bike locally, so hurry.

email me at the link above if you are interested.

Hi !
We want to travel trough Bolivia /peru for 5 weeks. Coming ca. 28.03.2002 to La Paz( may be Lima) and leave from La Paz around 3.5.2002. We are looking to rent a bike for 3, 4 or 5 weeks. May be there is achance for an agreement or you know someone who can rent us a bike. I am an expierienced rider, going on teh Panamericane 1998/99 from Calgary to Tierra del fuego.
Take care

Sorry. I don-t think I can help you with this.

There are a few bike dealers in La Paz that might be able to rent you a bike.

Try -Alberto-. He's on Ave. Busch beside monumento de Busch. I know he rents bikes.

Good luck.

Hi Edwin,
is this you ? ( We meet on the Inca Trail KM82 )
After we enjoyed Aquas Calientes, we did the Jeepsafarie to Salar de Uyuni and beyond - i wish i could've done it with my bike!
I'm save back in Germany after 2 days in Buenos Aires. I wish you good luck selling your bike.
Someday, somewhere - the world is a village.
