2 Kawasaki KLR5650 For Sale in Alaska/Canada End of July Early August

Hey all,

We are currently 6 months into a North/Central/North America trip and will have two KLR650s for sale in late July to Mid August in Anchorage. Would be perfect for anyone looking to do a PamAm trip in a few months time and I'm trying to do the leg work now so it can be organised in advanced.

Both bikes have been well maintained and will continue to be for the next few months. Oil changed every 5,000kms with new filters. Have just replaced chains and sprockets in Medellin. Bikes have received regular services from Kawasaki dealers. Tires are new right now, but can give details of new tires and kms when we are closer to Anchorage.

Bike details...

Bike #1
Blue/black 2009 KLR650

Bike #2
2008 KLR650

Hi, my name is Ivan, I was interested with your offer on sale of motorcycles. We with the friend wished to repeat your route, only in the opposite direction. When you will be in Anchorage? In what country they are registered? How we shall issue them on ourselves? And still very much it would be desirable to ask you on a route. Your experience will be very useful to us.
Thanks, Ivan. My 462466@mail.ru address

Hey Tobey

Hey Tobey,

sorry for the late reply, we were having a few computer problems over the last few days. I just replied to your wanted ad, before i saw this post, so sorry for that confusion too.

As far as dates go, we have to be in Vegas from the 28th of June to the 2nd of July. After that, I could get my bike up there by the 15th or so, but covering that distance will obviously take some time. If mid-July is possilbe we can certainly talk.

send me an email if you like at adelaidetoanchorage@gmail.com

Cheers.

Mike

KLR required for Canada and Alaska Ride 2013

Mike,
I am interested in one of the KLR. Only issue is my ride cross Canada and into Alaska start next Spring, wonder if you can make arrangement on buy and sell after your trip. I have a friend in Victoria, Canada and can convince him to park the bike there awaiting my ride.
I am a Malaysian and have a faint idea if ownership transfer would be an issue in Canada. Do you have any idea? Or what would be your advise to me?
Thank you for your time. Safe ride there and be safe always.

Regards,

Amzah
