1986 Yamaha XT - Rebuilt, Perfect desert crosser..

You might remember from the HU Meet - I did the talk on an off-road trip to Morocco...
---------------------------------------
Am off travelling and need cash, so I am flogging my XT. Rebuilt by David Lambeth at at cost of £2500. I have full receipts for this. Currently it needs a new wiring lomb. It's not starting (but engine turns over). Will throw in a set of heavy-duty inner tubes. Offers around the £1250 mark please, and you must trailer from manchester.

Am about to disappear on an extreme sports/driving adventure ( http://www.buyashitcaranddriveituntilitdies.co.uk ) designed to kick start my career in writing. Will be motorbiking through Turkey with a friend, but also engaging in lots of other sports...

2 reasons to shout at you today :

1. Does anyone wish to sponsor my venture. Since I shall be getting material in the national press/various magazines, promotion of your biking product/service company is possible.

2. Also, I want to write a feature "Crap off-roading" (check out feature ideas on http://www.jasperwrites.co.uk), which should be dirt cheap and interesting, if anyone fancies joining me....
