'09 KLX250S - California - near new
A friend wants to sell his little used KLX250S. It's a 2009 with 3000 miles on it. Red in color. New tires, well maintained. All Stock. It's basically perfect.
I've ridden it. Runs great, handles great. Maintains 65 mph on the freeway and still gets 70 miles per gallon (US gallons!) Very Light at 300 lbs. (136 kgs.). Low seat height! This one has never been off road. (owner took off dual sport tires, replaced with BT45 Battle Axe) This could be a great adventure/travel bike with minimal set up/prep. costs. My friend is 68 years of age and just not riding much now. He rides very gently. Bike is in San Francisco. Pink slip in hand. Fresh oil, bike is ready to ride away. Just a note to add: Original owners manual included along with extra key, tool kit. California registration is good until May of 2011.
