03 BMW Dakar, UK reg, Peru, Colombia or Brazil
It is a 2003 model BMW F650 GS Dakar, will have covered approx 50,000 miles by the time you would get it.
One of the fairing panels is cracked, but could be plastic welded (I´ve drilled and put two cable ties through to stop crack spreading). There are various other scuffs and scratches on the bike, I´ve been riding it around the world, not just cleaning it! The chain and sprockets will be approx 3000 miles old (current one lasted 25000miles), and the water pump about 7000 miles old. These need changing approx every 23000 miles. The front brake disc has just started to warp, I would be happy to send you one from the UK (much cheaper) when I get back. Tyres are OK, may need changing soon. I would be happy to throw in the tank bag and chain. If you liked the boxes we might be able to work something out, but they have sentimental value to me, so I wouldn´t hold your breath! I´m prob passing through south Brazil soonish, so you could see the bike and make up your mind. US$3500 or US$4000 with panniers
