restricted or not
Hi everyone, i bought a suzuki sv 650s back in august and its been sat for the past 3 months ive started using it now but not sure if its restricted or not because the lack of power could it be that its restricted or could it be something else like the plug at the front please can someone give me some feedback.... THANKS
