Moderators.
 

Hi to everyone. I must apologise for a post about a year ago in which I was out of order in portaying our supermoderator Bertand in a bad light. The job of moderator is an unpaid, volunteer position which benefits us all. It is a thankless task and can be very stressful.
I have just met the very capable and friendly Bertand at the UK Autumn meeting and no pleasanter man could be imagined. He deserves praise, not criticism, and I am in awe of his successful endeavours to take much needed anti-malarial drugs to Mali mostly at his own expense.

It takes a very strong individual to admit being wrong and to apologize. Well done!

I also appreciate the work the volunteer moderators put into these forums. I've been on other forums without moderators and many of them end up degrading into bully infested, utterly useless wastelands.
