Earthquake!

Earthquake just rattled the windows, wobbled the block, scared the birds out of the trees. First time I've felt a good rock and roll since Guatemala. Damn, they're unnerving - and kinda
excitingly sexy, too.

Earthquakes in Salford? It's the end times, brother and sisters....

Suerte, Dan (still shivering like a shitting dog)

PS It's too late to call anyone, and I felt the need to share this oddness with someone, and you'll do.

Choppers are out - Langworthy must be looting...

You working?

I am however working on becoming a Hotelier, in a benevolent capitalistic way - ill-gotten gains from Stoke house sale. But shoosh! I don't want to get secuestroed.

LOL!! I have my sickly KLR in Santa Marta. In fact if the feckin' parts from the US hadn't gone astray, that's were I'd be. Club Colombia in one hand, a costena in the other.

Suddenly a new relationship was formed with the cops. We became invisible. As close as I'll ever come to riding through a real Mad Max movie.

I felt that quake last night and I'm near Cannock. I was in bed listening to the Eels on my i-pod, I thought someone had spiked my Guinness.

Bloody hell! I hope you're insured for that. Otherwise you'll have to have a bulk order of this...

Membership - help keep us going!

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.

You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
