e.bay beware

Hi just a word of warning for those of you who are putting parts on e.bay to auction, make sure of the person you are dealing with, ive just had a guy bid and win on two items but he discided he did not like the cost of the postage he cancelled his bid and gave me two negative feedbacks, and as a seller i could not even give him a negative feedback, e.bay policy .
I got in contact with e.bay and they told me there was nothing they could.
So if you ever come across this guy (a4zoom) take care he's a fraud. :nono: Skip

Open up an unpaid item case on both items. He will get 2 strikes against him, not much but its a little revenge and 1 more and Ebay will ban him.

Why not leave nutral feedback and say something in the comments box ?

You can also reply to his negative comments.

It's real issue when you work hard to get and keep 100% feedback for someone to hold you to ransom - Ebay need to address this.

I'd put two unpaid marks against him too.

I suppose it depends on if the postage quoted was reasonable, not just cost but the service you chose.

I object to having to pay First Class Recorded for an item of small value I am not in a hurry to get.

I also find some sellers look to postage for a huge profit. Sure they state what they want for sending it, but I have recently been charged £7.99 for a pre-used Jiffy bag and stamps under £1.

Where possible I 'recycle' packaging from things I have bought, and only charge actual post cost. I dont charge for a healthy walk to the Post Office and I list the package weight so they can check it out - and choose a different speed of service if they wish.
