I did that mistake some years back in Albania when it was hotter than hell. + 45 - 47 degrees C. I started to drink Red Bull so I would not fall asleep on the bike in the heat. Started with one per day. Then I had two and three and four each day. Then some days later we passed the Austrian border and things started to cool down. And I stopped drinking Red Bull. I´ve never been so sick in my whole life! Cold turkey!!! Spent two days at a hotel sleeping and throwing up and not much more than that. Third day I had a strong headache but could actually go for a walk but slept for 12 hours that day. I could ride my bike on the forth day but I still felt weak so I took it easy..... I won´t drink Red Bull ever again! At least not 4 or 5 per day for a week. I´ve NEVER been so sick! I did not even drink coffee back then. Started with coffee some 9 months ago at age 47.

, so I am a good consumer of La Chouffe, Gulden Draak, Gouden Carolus, La Trappe, Bière du Boucanier, St. Bernardus, Trappistes Rochefort and good stuff like that, but I do not dislike (going to the north-west) also Guinness, Kilkenny, Harp, London Porter, London Pride, Hobgoblin, Traquair House Ale,...
