Adventure travel film festival on radio 4
I happened to be listening to BBC radio 4's The film programme this afternoon and up popped Austin Vince talking about the upcoming adventure travel film festival which takes place the weekend after next in Sherborne, Dorset.

Yes, that was an interesting piece. Definitely a persuasive review of the event.
But...... have signed up for the HU Hampshire Mini-Meet! http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...-17-19-a-65131   Never asked this before - to those of you who have seen Austin Vince do a presentation. He's brilliantly funny when I've seen him - does he remind you of Boris Johnson? (Who can also be funny, perhaps too often!) In appearance as well as style? (Maybe a question just for those in London).

Austin's a great talker. Has you in stitches most of the way through but can leave you thoughtful and even sombre by the end. His enthusiasm and genuine belief in travel as a means of meeting people and promoting peace between people and nations is a sight to behold
