Make my exhaust quieter?

Hello,

With almost no time left before the big trip I'm now really regretting not doing something with my stupidly loud exhaust.

I left it alone because it worked, I had other things to spend money on, didn't know if the bike has been re-jetted to suit, and the first time I touched an exhaust stud it snapped off.

But it's too loud! I'll go deaf and attract unwanted attention. The easy option of replacing the end can is hard because it's a large diameter pipe including the downpipes.

So is there some magic trick way of making my exhaust quieter?

Cheers.

Problem solved. Visited Zorstec in Shipley this morning. They welded on a smaller diameter end pipe and now it's much quiter. Still loud, but not nearly so offensive.

Did it right there and then, no waiting, and for just £20, including a free cup of coffee. Superb.

My ears will be much happier!
