I am unconvinced that either system is better or worse for bikes than the other. I would not then convert from one system to the other unless forced. I do prefer the look of spoked wheels , that that is a small matter.
On my own BMW R80RT I have been forced into using a tube because the front wheel will not hold air reliably. The rear is fine. Twice since 1961 I have had a tubeless tyre aluminium wheel setup. Both times I had problems with them leaking air. I have never had a steel wheel/tubeless tyre fail. My last (and only) puncture on a spoked wheel was the winter of 1961. I have been carrying spare plugs since 1961 and have never needed one, but I continue to carry them. I dont know why you want to change? If it is to use a particular tyre, then just fit them and use tubes ( remember to chalk the tubes when you fit them

I doubt there is any way in which you can do this with the existing rims. Unless there is something new and very special about them.
Tubeless tyres and spoked rims generally can't work unless you're talking about BM's and Caponords.

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
