Custom bend Renthal bars?
Is it possible to bend Renthal bars to get a bit more sweep in them?

I wouldn't think that was practical at all.
I am surprised that with the diversity of rise/bend/sweep available from Renthal that you can't find a bar that suits you.

I don't mean to sound like a smart arse (honest) but you should contact Renthal or the dealers you bought them from.

The answer is Yes you can bend them... a bit... even if they are hardned you can aneal them with some heat and then bend them... ( they will work harden again )...

You don't need to as they make all sort of bends and you should be able to find one to suit you. Have a look at their 615-01 bars which are listed for Honda TRX250R ATV. I have these on my Triumph Scrambler and they are very comfortable.
