Coils / Manufacturer Number from "Bremi"

Hi,

In Colombia with a broken coil on my F650 dual spark. Quick question:
Does anyone know what the manufacturer number is on these?

1st line: BMW-Nr 7 671 896-03
2nd line:102289-10 DE
3rd line: BREMI 11949
4th line: II 2 36/04 (manufacturing week)

I mean – is it only "102289-10 DE" that matters or also the "11949"?

Thing is: there's no coils available in Colombia (3 weeks to order) but I found a replacement coil from another bike. The "102289-10 DE" is the same, but the BMW number and the five digit number after "Bremi" are different.

Just want to make sure that the replacement coil has the same output/impedance as the original.
